Please Note: Your Hidden Mind subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period using your selected payment method. We will send you an email approximately 15 days before your subscription renews as a reminder. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal or by emailing info@yourhiddenmind.com. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, please cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next payment from being charged. Payments already processed for a subscription period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable New Zealand law.

If you buy a subscription and subsequently decide you don’t want it, or forget to cancel before renewal, we generally don’t refund payments that have already been processed.
